Mirzan Mansoor Director Mirzan has in excess of 15 years of experience across restructuring and turnaround, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate banking in Australia and in Singapore. Mirzan is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Liquidator. He has assisted in the provision of advice to numerous companies, ranging from family-owned businesses to large conglomerates, to reset and grow. His key industry specializations are construction, retail, technology, transport and mining and commodities. Recently he was involved in advising a multinational group specializing in the commodities, renewable energy, and steel manufacturing sectors with a presence in London, Eastern Europe, India, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. He also has been pivotal in assisting numerous family-owned businesses utilize the small business restructuring regime to restructure legacy debts and move forward. Prior to working in restructuring, Mirzan was a corporate banker at a Big 4 bank assisting clients in the middle market with debt finance solutions. Mirzan holds a bachelor’s degree in business specializing in accounting, a graduate diploma in chartered accounting and an advanced certification in insolvency and restructuring.

Courses Master of Information Technology The course structure includes a total of 15 subjects covering both practicum and theory. Note: IT5004.20 Capstone Project is a double-weighted subject delivered over two semesters. The program has a general stream as well as the possibility to specialise in either Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Cyber Security (CS). The ASCED Field of Education is Information Technology. The course completion leads to the award of Master of Information Technology specialised in AI or CS. The proposed MIT is a specialist, master’s level course with an innovative and interdisciplinary curriculum that aims to fulfil the skills gap and market demand in the ICT industry by equipping students with the most in-demand hard and soft skills relevant in the sector. Learn More Master of Engineering Management Master of Engineering Management Graduates of the Master of Engineering Management will have advanced knowledge of engineering management through the integration of knowledge from engineering, business, and management disciplines within the context of project management and contemporary engineering practice, including an understanding of the scope, principles, and accountabilities of engineering practice. Graduates of the Master of Engineering Management will be able to demonstrate ethical conduct and professional accountability with relevance to engineering and engineering management. The program has a strong emphasis on personal development, with the purpose that each student finds their own strengths in engineering management as part of their own career development plan. This process begins in the first subject, Professional Development for Engineering Management, where the students begin to identify their own strengths and interests, documented in their portfolio. Learn More Bachelor of Multinational Film Production This course equips graduates with foundation screen production skills and critically reflective cross-cultural knowledge to successfully produce and distribute filmed content in Asian Pacific markets. The course provides an even balance of subjects in theoretical foundations, practical skills development, and project production. Graduates develop team-based problem-solving skills to provide end-user focused communications solutions for both entertainment and business applications in both public and private enterprises. Graduates may find employment as media production specialists in small and large businesses in fields related to their selected area of study, screenwriting, directing, producing, on-line content creation, international production management, and international funding and distribution. The celebration began with a heartfelt address from ULG Managing Director Scott Robertson who praised the graduates, recognising their commitment, perseverance and dedication throughout their studies. This was followed by an inspiring keynote speech from Professor Dharmendra Sharma AM, Member of the Order of Australia and Chair of the Universal Learning Group (ULG) Board of Directors which is UHE’s governing body. In his speech, Professor Sharma shared: "Today is a day of profound significance for all of us. This is not just another event in the calendar; it is a moment that marks the first-ever graduation ceremony in the history of Universal Higher Education (UHE). Today, we proudly celebrate the achievements of our very first cohort of graduates - a milestone that will be etched forever in the legacy of this institution. On behalf of the Board of Directors, the academic and administrative teams, I extend my deepest congratulations to all our graduates. Today, we honour your dedication, your resilience, and your spirit." In recognition of exceptional academic excellence, two outstanding graduates were awarded the prestigious title of DUX, acknowledging their extraordinary academic performance throughout their studies. We also heard touching speeches and insights about the students’ journeys from student speaker Mr. Utsab Pokharel, UHE's Executive Manager and Registrar, Ms. Thara Shimoga, and UHE Chief Academic Officer, Professor Shelley Kinash. Each speaker shared meaningful reflections on the graduates' journeys, highlighting the challenges and triumphs that have defined their time at UHE, and celebrated the significant milestones achieved by the Class of 2024. A special acknowledgment is due to UHE's Executive Manager and the Office of Student Support, whose dedication and hard work played a crucial role in organising and executing this remarkable event. Their efforts ensured a seamless and memorable occasion for all involved.
