Governance

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body for UHE, overseeing its higher education operations and guiding the overall direction of the Institute. Comprising a majority of independent members, along with representatives from the company's owners and executive management, the board features a blend of external and internal contributors. External members bring diverse expertise, complemented by internal stakeholders who have played a pivotal role in UHE's growth. Collectively, the Board ensures UHE's adherence to its Vision and Goals statements and upholds its responsibilities as a higher education institution. To enhance efficiency, the Board has established standing committees tasked with providing advice, recommendations, and exercising specific powers delegated by the Board.
