IT4002.10 - Professional Communication and IT Ethics

This subject focuses on developing communication and professional skills (particularly addressing ethical concerns) essential for IT graduates. The subject is structured into three sections that discuss key competencies that an IT professional requires in the industry. The first section discusses effective communication practices and paradigms focusing on oral and written communication. The second section introduces technical writing, providing hands on experience for developing technical documents such as instruction manuals and technical specifications for information systems.
